			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are a one person office, like me, you will need to decide how to pay yourself, pay your taxes and get health insurance.  Instead of trying to figure that all out consider going with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that does employee leasing.  I work with a company called Kimstaff.</p>
<p>Here is how it works.  I sign up to be an employee for Kimstaff.  They put me on payroll and give me benefits.  Twice a month I reimburse them for payroll, tax, unemployment insurance and health benefits.  In return they charge me a monthly fee.  Kimstaff takes care of all the taxes and paperwork. I just have to decide how much I can afford to pay myself each payday and give them that figure.  It&#8217;s that easy!</p>
